One of the challengers for the Republican nomination for Oklahoma Attorney General has come out swinging by challenging incumbent AG Mike Hunter’s residency. The Tulsa World’s Randy Krehbiel writes attorney Gentner Drummond claims Hunter doesn’t meet the residency requirements because he maintained a home in Virginia while working as a lobbyist in Washington, D.C. Hunter calls the claim “absurd and frivolous” and shows that Drummond “doesn’t understand the law.”
