A Texas judge will hold a hearing concerning an Oklahoma multi-county grand jury subpoena calling for The Wind Coalition president Jeff Clark to appear concerning a tracking device placed on Rep. Mark McBride’s vehicle last year. The Oklahoman’s Nolan Clay writes the hearing is set for Friday in Travis County. Judge Karen Sage will decide whether Clark and Texas political consultant George Shipley will have to appear before the grand jury.
