Incumbent Attorney General Mike Hunter and Tulsa attorney Gentner Drummond discussed how they would run the AG’s Office if they should become the next to occupy the seat Tuesday night during the KWTV News 9/KOTV News on 6 debate. The two are vying for votes in the August 28 Republican nomination race for AG.
They were peppered with questions ranging from medical marijuana implementation, criminal justice reform, the opioid crisis and other issues. While not allowed to interrupt one another, Hunter and Drummond did trade barbs, but the exchanges rarely became heated.
