Board of Health to Consider Revising Medical Marijuana Regulations

The Oklahoma State Board of Health is expected to adopt a new set of medical marijuana regulations Wednesday. The Tulsa World’s Samantha Vicent writes the Board will consider a pull back on previous rules which many consider an overstepping of the Board’s authority concerning State Question 788. While the change is welcome, one medical cannabis advocate believes the new rules will create problems for the business side of the industry.
