Another twist in the saga of the beleaguered Oklahoma Department of Health, as The Oklahoman’s Nolan Clay writes Health Department investigator Matt Terry was reprimanded and given a cut in pay for an affair with his supervisor, former general counsel Julie Ezell. She is facing charges for allegedly sending death threats to herself as the Oklahoma State Board of Health was about to adopt medical marijuana rules. The OSBI investigation into Ezell’s fake threats led to the discovery of the extramarital affair.
