The Tulsa World has discovered members of the Oklahoma State Board of Health were communicating with outside entities about the medical marijuana program’s initial regulations put into place and then later repealed. The Tulsa World’s Samantha Vicent reconstructed a timeline based on emails and documents obtained in a July open records request.
