It appears a social welfare group is having absentee ballot applications sent to Oklahoma voters without the voters asking for them. Oklahoma’s News 4 reports an organization called the Center for Voter Information claims they are a non-partisan group trying to encourage increased civic engagement among people of color, unmarried women and millennials.
