Democrat Kendra Horn took the oath of office becoming the first of her party to represent Oklahoma’s Congressional 5th District since 1970s. The Oklahoman’s Justin Wingerter writes Horn has already come under attack for her first official vote, confirming Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the House.
