The Oklahoman is reporting that Governor-elect Kevin Stitt soon will announce Sonic Corporation executive John Budd as his Chief Operating Officer who will oversee agency accountability. Reporter Ben Felder writes Stitt has made it known he wanted someone from the private sector in the newly created cabinet position.
