U.S. Senator Jim Inhofe, fresh from leading a tour of several overseas military installations, is continuing to push for keeping up with adversaries like Russian and China. During Tuesday’s Senate Armed Services Committee hearing, he questioned commanders from the U.S. Strategic Command (STRATCOM) and U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM) on Tuesday about modernization of nuclear weapons by Russia, China and North Korea.
