House Bill 2612 is likely to hit the Oklahoma Senate floor this week. The Oklahoman’s David Dishman writes the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act sets policy for the state’s medical marijuana industry. It also sets up product testing, labelling and packaging standards.
