U.S. Senator James Lankford recently participated in two Senate committee hearings which focused on aspects of President Trump’s budget proposal. In speaking with Secretary of Health and Human Services Alex Azar, Lankford asked about the rise costs of prescription drugs and what was being done to address the issue. Lankford questioned Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin how the IRS is handling a new employee tax benefit levied on non-profits and churches.
