Senator Carry Hicks isn’t going to carry two of Governor Kevin Stitt’s State Board of Education nominees. The Oklahoman‘s Carman Forman writes Hicks informed the Governor’s Office she won’t be carrying the nominations of Jennifer Monies and Estela Hernandez because of philosophical differences.
