Oklahomans who can legally own a gun will be able to carry it without a permit starting Friday after Oklahoma County District Judge Don Andrews shot down Rep. Jason Lowe’s request for a temporary injunction. KWTV News 9’s Sylvia Corkill reports Lowe plans to appeal to the Oklahoma State Supreme Court and is considering other ways to stop the law.
