Add the Muscogee (Creek) Nation to the list of gaming tribes challenging Governor Kevin Stitt’s notion that the gaming compacts expired on January 1, 2020. Tulsa World’s Randy Krehbiel writes the Muscogee (Creek) Nation is the fifth to join the federal lawsuit filed on December 31, 2019, by the Cherokee, Choctaw and Chickasaw tribes.
The Citizen Potawatomi Nation joined the lawsuit on Friday.
