During the Senate Finance Committee’s Tuesday hearing covering climate issues and the tax code, U.S. Senator James Lankford called for the elimination of the federal wind production tax credit (PTC). He also stressed it was important to the globe for North America to keep producing natural gas to keep Russia from gaining more power in Europe.
