Holders of concealed carry licenses would be allowed to openly carry holstered firearms under a bill approved today in a House committee.
The commkittee approved the bill by Republican Rep. Steve Martin of Bartlesville.
It bill allows those are carriers of concealed carry licenses to to also openly carry firearms.
