Gollihare Declares Run for Senate District 12 Seat

Lieutenant Colonel Todd Gollihare is declaring his bid for the Senate District 12 seat. He’s a combat veteran who served 25 years with the U.S. Marine Corps. He’s also been a Chief United States Probation Officer.

“I’ve given my life to fighting for freedom, defending the U.S. Constitution and protecting life and our conservative values,” Gollihare said.

Gollihare has been awarded several medals during this military service which involved two wars, four military campaigns and several operations. He believes President Biden has weakened America’s standing in the world.

“Biden’s weakness on the world stage has left America vulnerable, and we must prepare here at home. Improving our standing starts with protecting the heart and soul of our country, which is our conservative values. It’s time to put a stop to federal government overreach, election irregularities, ridiculous mandates and men in women’s locker rooms.

“We must stand strong for the American flag and the Second Amendment, and always protect the Right to Life,” said Gollihare.

Senate District 12 is an open seat due to incumbent Senator James Leewright’s choice not to run for re-election.
