Representative Tom Gann won a delay in an Oklahoma Natural Gas (ONG) rate case which he contends the utility did not give notice to the public about it being heard before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission from a Commission Administrative Law Judge this week. Gann, with two other legislators, is suing to put a restriction on Commission Todd Hiett from voting on rate cases which may involve individuals who were possible victims in an alleged groping incident.
OK Energy Today reports the Judge Carly M. Ortel ruled that Gann does have legal standing and delayed the fuel adjustment case for two weeks.
