Oklahoma Sierra Club officials lobbied the legislature this week, announcing their support for plans to support local farmers and preserve rail transportation, but not for a bill authored by Rep. Sally Kern.
The club has taken a stance against Kern’s measure targeting what it called a “fictionalized concept of ‘Agenda 21’,″ a non-binding, voluntarily-implemented United Nations plan signed by President George H.W. Bush.
