The Oklahoman’s Michael McNutt, former Capitol correspondent recently reassigned to the Oklahoma County Courthouse, is joining Governor Fallin’s staff as her press secretary.
McNutt, veteran political reporter cited by a top national blogger as one of the three best political writers in Oklahoma, had headed The Oklahoman’s Capitol coverage until his reassignment, which came without explanation by the newspaper.
McNutt’s reassignment was detailed in a TMR story earlier this week.
