Longtime Oklahoma City broadcaster Ken Johnson of KOKC-AM has been laid off.
Friends report Johnson was dismissed after more than a decade at the station.
Johnson previously was assistant news director at KTOK.
Johnson was KOKC’s news presence, talk show commentator and helped book guests for the station’s new Scott Mitchell morning show.
