Sagac Adds Two Staffers

Sagac Public Affairs announced the addition of two key staff members that have joined the growing public affairs firm.

Doug Simon will serve as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Amanda Hall will serve as Account Services Coordinator.

Doug specializes in helping advocacy organizations carry out integrated public affairs campaigns to further their public policy and political action committee objectives. He brings a diverse background to Sagac that includes national education and drug policy, as well as pro-business issue advocacy experience. His background includes holding senior positions at the National Restaurant Association, The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, the U.S. Department of Education and the Republican National Committee.

His knowledge of and experience with opinion research, organizational management and public policy campaigns enable him to excel as a political and corporate strategist from the White House to Main Street,” said Richardson.

Amanda Hall, Account Services Coordinator

Amanda is credited with raising millions of dollars for U.S. Senator Jim Inhofe’s 2014 reelection campaign, having served as State Finance Director. Prior to Inhofe, she worked as event coordinator for the Oklahoma Department of Education, implementing conferences and special events. Her professional competences include major donor development, special events and online marketing.

“In just a few years, Amanda has grown to be a proven leader in political finance. Her tenacity in generating real dollars for high-profile political clients and skills in public relations are exceptional. She brings a fresh knowledge of strategic communications and implementation tactics to our growing portfolio of corporate and association clientele,” said Richardson.
