Okay, you need to quit trying to put words in Randy Brogdon’s mouth with these headlines that seem to, again, make him unpatriotic! Maybe you should just have a headline that says “Brogdon responds to Pledge Story”.

“We’re not a nation,” is exactly what he said. I just listened to the recording and it’s at about 4:25. In saying that, he disagrees with George Washington (I literally just pulled my Liberty Fund Washington Collection off the shelf and flipped a few pages to find our first President refer to us as a “nation”) and with Thomas Jefferson (look to his inaugurals for examples).
