Former Rep. Danny Hilliard of Sulphur has been named vice president of corporate development for the Chickasaw Nation.
Governor Bill Anoatubby said Hilliard will guide the Nation in its effort to diversify its business.
Hilliard was a Democratic House member for 14 years before joining the University of Oklahoma as a vice president.
