    So, what happens if Pruitt doesn’t agree with a particular board decision – file yet another of his infamous frivolous law suits?
    I would think it would be the responsibility and privilege of the person slighted by a board to file a complaint against the board – not utilize a witch-hunting chase due to any and all board decisions.
