One of the members of the CIA annex security team who responded to the Benghazi embassy terrorist attack is coming to Oklahoma to speak at the Oklahoma County Lincoln/Reagan Dinner on February 18th. Kris “Tanto” Paronto is a former Army Ranger and co-author of “13 Hours in Benghazi.
Paronto is expected to give his account of the attack on the embassy in 2012 which took the lives of four Americans including Ambassador Chris Stevens. He wrote the book with Mitchell Zuckoff. The book is now a feature film 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi.
Tickets sales to the Oklahoma County Lincoln/Reagan Dinner will close this Friday. The event is a fundraiser for the Oklahoma County Republican Party.
