The Tulsa World is on State Treasurer Ken Miller’s side in the fight over how life insurance benefits are handled. Miller has waged a public awareness campaign against insurance companies’ efforts to limit how beneficiaries are to be handled, if they can’t be immediately found. Miller’s fight led him to a recent appearance on CBS’ 60 Minutes.
