Voter Registration Deadline for State Primary is Friday

This is the last week to register to vote in Oklahoma’s June 28 Primary Election. The deadline to register is Friday, June 3.  It also is the deadline for voters to change their address or update registration information before the primary.

All of the House seats and half of the Senate seats are up for election this cycle.

Voter registration forms can be downloaded from the State Election Board’s website. Additionally, the forms are available at county election boards, post offices, tag agencies and libraries.

The forms must be turned in by hand or must be postmarked before the Friday deadline.

Democrats and Libertarians will allow Independents to vote in the primaries, while Republican primaries remain closed to only registered Republicans.

The State Election Board’s website can be found here.
