Incumbent Congressman Markwayne Mullin won both absentee and early voting categories and won with a substantial lead over challenger Jarrin Jackson in what many will view as a repudiation of extreme right attacks on Mullin.
Mullin lead in absentees, 556 to 343, and among early voters 1,168 to 853.
Overall, Mullin had almost 63 percent of the vote.
