Republican David B. Hooten has forced incumbent Oklahoma County Clerk Carolyn Caudill into a runoff.
Hooten and Caudill advance to the August runoff.
Hooten received the endorsement of third-place finisher Charlie Phillips after Tuesday’s voting
Hooten received 9,709 votes (30%) to Caudill’s 10,107 (32%) and Phillip’s 6,938 votes (24%).
