After hearing from several Oklahomans about what is wrong with state government, the Oklahoma Republican Party is launching a project called, Oklahoma Solutions. The program is meant to collect ideas on how to solve government’s various problems.
“Oklahoma Solutions is a project created by the Oklahoma Republican Party in response to hundreds of phone calls received at our state office,” said Pam Pollard, State Party Chairwoman. “People are calling about the problems with state government — we are asking them for THEIR solutions, OKLAHOMA SOLUTIONS.”
Pollard believes this will be a way for Oklahomans to become more involved with governing issues.
“Government is always better when it is accountable to the people and when the people’s voices are heard. We look forward to compiling the best ideas and submitting them to the legislature in the coming weeks.”
She says the OK GOP wants to hear from anyone with great ideas.
“We want to hear from Oklahomans who represent many different aspects of Oklahoma life, e.g., farmers, teachers, business owners, and everyday concerned citizens,” said Pollard.OK
