Downgrade to State Bonds Could Raise Cost of Borrowing

Several Oklahoma issued bonds received a downgrade by Fitch Ratings and could lead to higher borrowing costs for the state. The Oklahoman’s Randy Ellis writes Treasurer Ken Miller said that the downgrade should not be a surprise to anyone paying attention to state finances over the last year.
