House Speaker Charles McCall wants three state agencies facing a $215 million budget hole to delay any service cuts. The Oklahoman’s Dale Denwalt writes McCall claims there is enough cash on hand for the House to appropriate which would keep cuts at bay until 2018 or until a budget agreement is reached.
