The U.S. Senate has begun the process of dealing with immigration reform. Senator James Lankford joined other Senators to introduce the Security, Enforcement, and Compassion United in Reform Efforts (SECURE) Act on Tuesday. It includes parts of Senator Dick Durbin’s BRIDGE Act which protects DACA recipients from deportation.
Lankford is joined by Senators Chuck Grassley, Tom Cotton, John Cornyn, Thom Tillis and David Purdue as co-sponsors for the SECURE Act.
You can watch Lankford’s Senate floor speech on the bill below.
Taxpayers sent him to Washington to work for us and now, he is working for illegals. Typical politician.
the senator cares more for the children of criminal illegal aliens than my children
who have to complete with these illegals. build the wall. deport them all.
also, would not the state budget show a surplus if there were no illegals in the state of Oklahoma?
