Auditor and Inspector Gary Jones testified before the House Special Investigative Committee about the financial mismanagement within the Oklahoma State Health Department. The Oklahoman’s Dale Denwalt writes Jones said a department employee notified him of the problems in July. He also told the committee how the events unfolded from his point of view.
