Fundraising continues to go well for Republican Kevin Hern in the Congressional District 1 race. His campaign reports receiving nearly $100,000 in donations during the previous quarter. He has about a half million dollars in his campaign war chest.
“I continue to be humbled by the support I have received,” Hern said. “My message that we need proven problem solvers, who understand how to create jobs, representing the people’s interest in Washington D.C. is resonating throughout the entire district. I have first-hand knowledge on not only how to create jobs, but also on the damage government bureaucrats cause to our economy.”
Congressman Jim Bridenstine isn’t running for re-election. Instead he has been nominated as NASA Administrator by President Trump. The Senate has yet to vote on his confirmation.
