The battle over a petition to stop recently approved tax increases to pay for teacher pay increases and other state government issues is heading for the Oklahoma Supreme Court. The Oklahoman’s Chris Casteel writes two groups are fighting the Oklahoma Taxpayers Unite initiative petition which would ask voters to repeal HB 1010xx, the tax increase measure.
