Reporters Held Out of Pruitt’s Speech

Reporters from CNN, Associated Press and E&E News were held out of an EPA summit where Administrator Scott Pruitt was speaking on Tuesday. The Hill’s Miranda Green writes the summit concerned a potentially cancer causing chemical being found in drinking water supplies across the nation. While other media outlets, including The Hill, were allowed to attend Pruitt’s opening remarks, an EPA spokesman initially blamed the issue on room capacity.
