U.S. Senator Jim Inhofe is managing the John McCain National Defense Authorization Act as it heads to the home stretch in the U.S. Senate. During a Tuesday press conference to update the progress on the bill, Inhofe demonstrated a certain confidence the bill would pass. He says it builds up the military, pointed out that China and Russia are making military advances and hopes for an open amendment process.
