Tempers Flare on Sexual Assault Forensic Evidence Task Force

Passions flared on Thursday shortly after the Oklahoma Sexual Assault Forensic Evidence Task Force met. The Oklahoman’s Darla Slipke writes task force members, Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater and rape survivor and advocate Danielle Tudor, had a confrontation centered on a recent scathing news release from Tudor accusing Attorney General Mike Hunter of not using his office’s power to compel law enforcement agencies to comply with an audit of untested rape kits.
