The bicameral medical marijuana group met again Wednesday. This time they heard from the Health Department’s staff who currently comprise the inner workings of the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority.
During the hearing, interim Health Commissioner Tom Bates explained what actions have been taken since voters passed State Question 788, updates on hitting deadlines for medical marijuana licenses, and concerns which would need to be addressed by the Legislature.
