Oklahoma Voters to Decide Five State Questions in November

Not only will Oklahoma voters decide the makeup of the next Legislature and several statewide offices, they will also determine the fate of five state questions.

State Question 793 would allow optical doctors to operate in retail locations like Walmart and Costco.

State Question 794 would put victims’ rights into the state constitution. It is known as Marsy’s Law.

State Question 798 would combine the governor and lt. governor races onto a joint ticket.

State Question 800 would create the Oklahoma Vision Fund which diverts part of gross production taxes to a budget reserve.

State Question 801 would allow schools to use building funds for operations.

The Oklahoma Policy Institute has created online fact sheets about the state questions. You can find that here.
