A former Libertarian gubernatorial candidate, who is the former flamboyant owner of an animal park in Wynnewood is now facing federal charges related to a murder for hire plot. The Tulsa World’s Barbara Hoberock writes Joe Exotic, who also uses several variants of his legal name, Joseph Maldanado, was indicted by a federal grand jury last week for allegedly trying to hire someone to murder a woman in Florida.
