Tulsa attorney and two time gubernatorial candidate Gary Richardson is suing KFOR Channel 4 in Oklahoma City for allegedly defaming him with a story. The Tulsa World’s Randy Krehbiel writes Richardson claims KFOR aired a story which invaded his privacy and defamed him in April. The story concerned Richardson’s use of Bob Barry, Jr.’s death caused by an undocumented alien within a campaign ad for governor.
