The polls and political pundits are pointing to Republican Steve Russell holding onto the Fifth District Congressional Seat of Oklahoma against Democratic challenger Kendra Horn. The Oklahoman’s Justin Wingerter writes Horn has been the strongest Democrat challenger to the CD 5 seat in decades. Horn and Russell are scheduled for a debate hosted by NonDoc on Wednesday.
