U.S. Senator James Lankford appeared on Bloomberg’s Daybreak on Thursday to discuss the government shutdown and border security. Lankford said negotiations on a border security agreement were moving forward until politics were injected. Oklahoma’s junior senator believes both sides must continue talking to come up with an agreement.
