Stitt Appoints Huber Tulsa County District Judge

Tulsa County Special Judge James Huber is getting a promotion of sorts. Governor Stitt has appointed him as Tulsa County District Judge.

“I am proud to appoint Jim Huber as Tulsa County’s newest district judge,” said Gov. Stitt. “Judge Huber’s experience, integrity and heart for service make him the right person for the job. He has already been serving Tulsa County families as a Special Judge and attorney, and I look forward to his continued service to the citizens of Tulsa County in this new role.”

Huber has been serving as Special Judge in Tulsa County since 2019. Before becoming a judge he had a private practice.

“It is an honor to be appointed by Governor Stitt as a District Judge for Tulsa County,” said Huber. “I understand the importance of the position and the hard work necessary to satisfy the obligations to the citizens of Tulsa County. I am humbled by the opportunity to serve the citizens of Tulsa County while honoring the role of the judiciary by upholding the rule of law.”
