Former Oklahoma House Majority Floor Leader Jon Echols says he has received the endorsement of the Conservative Political Action Committee, or CPAC, for his campaign for Oklahoma Attorney General.
“I’m honored to be recognized by CPAC for my support of America First and Oklahoma First policies.
“My proven conservative record made Oklahomans safer, freer, and stronger. We attacked government waste, passed the strongest immigration laws in the nation and passed the largest tax cut in state history— I’m proud to be recognized by our nation’s leading conservative organization for our efforts putting Oklahoma and America first,” Echols said in a statement announcing the endorsement.
So far, Echols is the only candidate, Republican or Democrat, to have publicly declared a run for Oklahoma AG.
