Fugitive Arrested Two Days After Added to AG 10 Most Wanted List

A man wanted on drug charges in Ottawa County was arrested in Illinois two days after being added to Attorney General Gentner Drummond’s 10 Most Wanted list.

Mihailo Bozovic, 45, was taken into custody during a traffic stop in Countryside, a Chicago suburb. An agent with the attorney general’s office identified the community as Bozovic’s likely location and worked with local police to locate him.

“This arrest shows what happens when law enforcement agencies work together across state lines,” Drummond said. “I am grateful to our agent and the Countryside Police Department for their swift work. Bozovic will now be returned to Oklahoma to answer for these charges.”

Bozovic faces charges involving manufacturing a controlled substance or possessing materials with intent to manufacture, possessing a controlled drug with intent to distribute, and drug trafficking.

He is accused of manufacturing, possessing and trafficking at least 25 pounds of marijuana in June and July 2024.

According to the attorney general’s office, the arrest brings the number of fugitives caught through the list to 18 since its launch in 2024.
